Q: What is the capacity of each room?
A: 1. The Cafe Bar- situated next to the Peach Tree bar, the cafe bar boasts historic 15th century crucks, a gloriously large chandlier and looks out on to the historic Shrewsbury Abbey. Dining experience for up to 45 guests
2. The Gallery- located upstairs in The Peach Tree, this intimate setting is a firm favourite - and overlooks the cafe bar - great for people watching. Dining experience for up to 65 guests
3. Havana Suite - A taste of Cuba has recently undergone a thorough re-styling! The Havana Suite lends itself to both a seated dining experience and a hot or cold buffet. Dining experience for up to 75 guests
Q: Is there a room hire charge?
A: No: Not if your having a sit down meal *this will depend on your food spend

Q: Do we need to pay a deposit?
A: YES: We do ask for a deposit to confirm your booking.
Q: Is there a service charge?
A: No, we leave this to your kind discretion
Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: We take all major Credit-Debit Cards and Cash
Q: Can we have a choice of menu?
A: Whatever your specific requirement for your particular menu - the answer is yes we can! Whether you want a fixed price per head, or guests to choose from our a la carte menu it is all possible. Perhaps you're looking for a special creative buffet menu, something a little out of the ordinary, or your guests like traditional favourites with a contemporary twist.
Q: Why do we have to pre-order?
A: 1. We ask you to limit the number of dishes on your menu so we do not compromise the quality of food and service so your evening will run smoothly with no delays in serving your party.
2. So kitchen can order correctly so you’re not disappointed if we sell out.
Q: When do you need the final numbers for our party?
A: 7 days prior to the date of your booking along with your pre-order but don't worry if you need to make adjustments up until the day of your booking.
Q: Do you cater for all types of dietary requirements?
A: YES: we cater for vegan, gluten-free, coeliac (wheat-free), lactose (Dairy Free) and even sugar-free options - for guests with either a lifestyle choice or those with specific dietary requirements and more!
Q: Can we choose our own table plan?
A: YES: We will give you all the table plan options for which ever room you choose.
Q: Can we bring a cake with us?
A: YES: or we can get our chefs to make you a unique cake for your party
Q: Can we decorate our room, Balloons, Posters (etc)
A: YES: and if you’re running out of time we can do that for you, simply ask.

Q: Can we bring our own music to play?
A: YES: We have an I Pod Docking station available on request before your party.
Q: Can we have drinks packages?
A: YES: We can arrange bespoke packages, including cocktails, champagne, wine, pimms and more!
Q: If we wanted something different could you do that for us?
A: YES. If you fancy a chocolate fountain at your party, perhaps a circus performer, an entertaining cabaret act, a florist or naked butler … whatever it is - we've got some great contacts and some great suggestions - to make your occasion even more special!
Q: Do we get free entry into C:21 if we have been eating in The Peach Tree?
A: YES. Enjoy our resident pianists in The Peach Tree on a Friday and Saturday night - or why not get on that dance floor in C:21 with charts hits and blasts from the past - including the 70's and 80's - it's the ultimate party venue.
Q: Do you have a smoking area?
A: YES: we have a central courtyard smoking area.
Q: Do you have disabled access?
A: YES: you can access the whole venue via our C:21 Entrance.
Q: Can we bring our children with us?
A: YES: Children are very welcome at The Peach Tree Restaurant. We do have some time restrictions if attending a party in C:21 or Spirit.
Q: Do you have accommodation?
A: No: but we do have some local Hotels and B & B's handy.

Q: Is there parking Available
A: YES: FREE PARKING
we’ve got excellent parking facilities right on our doorstep. Firstly, there’s limited on-street parking directly outside the restaurant – but there are time restrictions - you’re limited to just one hour directly outside - although a bit further up Abbey Foregate (after the disabled parking space) you can stay for up to 3 hours!
PAY & DISPLAY CAR PARK
A 300+ capacity pay and display car park (and also coach park as well) is located opposite us and Shrewsbury Abbey – it’s just a stone’s throw away!
Parking charges are pretty reasonable too...
Monday to Saturday from 8am-8pm:
1 hour £1; 3 hours £1.70; 12 hours £2.50 - and FREE after 8pm
Sunday £2.50 all day - and FREE after 8pm
The parking charges apply everyday including Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
And if you’re bringing a coach load of you across to us – then this is also the place to park – the charge for coaches is £5 for each 24 hours
